With 28 years of experience in the financial world, I offer my clients creative customized solutions when applying for a mortgage or HELOC. As a Mortgage Loan Officer/Broker I work with 100+ lenders to give my clients all different types of lending options. I specialize in self-employed borrowers, business owners, and investors looking for alternative income documentation to qualify for a mortgage or loan. My qualifications include:

  • Background in Financial Planning for Retail Corporations
  • Masters in Business Administration

As a mom to three teens, and having gone through financial ups and downs with my husband over the years, I understand the important role that money—especially in the form of a mortgage—plays in our lives. Big financial decisions often involve a lot of emotions, and I have patience and compassion for my clients who are going through their own challenges and need an advocate to walk them through the loan process.

As a broker, I do not work for the lender. Instead, I represent my client’s interests and originate their mortgage through our wholesale lending partners. I am able to negotiate with lenders before and during the mortgage approval process to find competitive rates for my clients.
